You can't,one of you has to be verified to be able to verifiy the other,thats how it works
People often suggest going into chat and asking someone to cam verify you,or you could wait until you meet someone thats verified  |

Can we not email a pic of both me and partner with the couple we meet and give there username as u need to have a pic of you both for photo verification. So admin could quickly check the username to confirm it |

The owners would have already been verified due to the fact they owned the site. They then started verifying the first people to join the site who they probably knew from another site etc. |
