Hi all,

Apparently the time of year can affect how potent the sting is.
Also be wary of Americans advising it as from what I could glean, when they refer to nettles they are different to ours and don't sting as much, so they can suggest probably more extreme things.

My experience of this is that it hurts like crazy for a few seconds and then we get a four hour tingling throb that feels amazing (thus making the initial pain worth while)
