It isn't up to them to judge....they're there it provide you with a service. As everyone says they will test you according to your risk factors. If you're not honest they may not test you for something as they perceive no risk

You're getting tested that's the important bit...

The clinic we use at the Royal Gwent is great. Staff are friendly and never judgemental. We told them first time we went. Couple of nurses actually asked about swinging and said they would love to try it if their husband's would.

Used to work in gum. We are never ever judgemental were are caring compassionate people in what we do in our job,,,,,, I go regular where I worked its all confidential although my ex colleagues give me a wink n a smile??..nu doge nudge.....I have heard spme horror stories and seen some ghastly things,,,, swallow (pardon the pun). Any pride.,,, if they are a professional team ou have no worries....

. We are desensitised to people sexual activity... The goal is o stop the spread of stis and are made very welcome to help with that goal... You will at ll times be treated with dignity and respect........and given free condoms and lube!!.

We went, were honest and felt like we shouldn't of bothered.

The person who seen us made us feel unwelcome and looked at us as though she had just picked something disgusting of the bottom of her shoe.

We were tested for four different things and tests that were expected due to what we said were not forthcoming neither was any visual inspection.

Went away thought about experience and then decided to ring up and complain.

Found out they only test for certain things if your high risk so that is why only tested for four things but lady (who was nicer) that spoke to on the phone said should of had at least a visual inspection on top of tests that were done on basis of what was said.

Off to a different clinic then.

Sorry my apologies you have filed a complaint, which make this thread outrageous legal you have no right to slander anyone until the outcomes of that complain. I think it’s only right the clinic should have its say to which will never happen on here. Therefore I think it’s only right this thread should be removed as it very one sided

Never ever had a problem with the gum clinic in hereford or Ross, the staff are always friendly and chatty and we always leave more confident than when we went in.

yes you have to be truthful and that's good for your health too , our local Gum fab load of people work there and its lovely seeing them when we go x
