It was originally used in horse dressage to encourage the beast to keep its tail up.

I'm sure I remember hearing of a court case in the mediea 3/4 years back. I guy had put chillies up a lady's bum whilst they were on holiday in a Spanish resort. I'm not sure if they were a couple or not. Apparently he'd then locked her in the room with no water.
I don't remember the result of the case but if I'd been in the jury, I'd have wanted to convict the guy for serious assault. |

The art of Ginger.
