Hi everyone 1st time posting in forums, so bear with me.
When it comes to meeting and wanting a veri to say this has happened do you just wait and hope the other person will do it or do you ask, hoping they will not think you pushy or just meeting them to get 1 (notches on the bedpost type of thing)? |

Welcome to the forums!!
I tend to leave one for the other party a day or so (an hour or so in some cases!) later. I'm not worried if they reciprocate or not - but most generally will.
I've yet to have to ask for one and tbh probably wouldn't. |

Ah but if u haven't got the first veri tick as the op hasn't then ur buggered there aren't u!!?
If they don't send one and u want ur first veri tick I would ask if they minded doing a short simple we met it was great type veri, nothing wrong with that I would say!

It's not the be all but nice to have and prove u r a real couple! When I put our couples profile up 2 weeks ago I messaged our friends of here and asked for a veri, they were happy to oblige me and Godfrey! Hope ur meet obliges ur request I not I will have to bring Godfrey and myself to see u and do one myself xxx |

If its been a great meet even a social meet I will verify without asking if it was a dire one I won't and go on my merry way

I tend to leave one for them, but most times, when I log in I've found they've written one for me first!
I would never ask for one though, It's down to individuals if they going to veri you or not! |

I would say it's fine to ask for your first verification. You can ask for this to be quite factual - "She turned up as planned and looks like her pictures".
After getting the first verification, I personally wouldn't ask for any more - some people like to do verifications, some people don't, so leave it up to them. |

Yes, this is acceptable. I have a few now so not so bothered anymore. I did ask for 1 as I'd left one myself. |
