Having sex in a public or semi-public place can leave you open to a variety of criminal charges, most of which will also put you on the sexual offenders register. So, no, there is no offence of "dogging" but it can land you in trouble with the law. |

Yes we were caught in the act and threatened with outraging public decency, though they sent us packing with a warning whenever we park up anywhere they always pop over to see what we are up to  |
