Like above it could be a trapped nerve, do you have any pain?.I often get a trapped nerve in my neck which can become painful or make me dizzy. I also get a trapped nerve inb my elbow, which affects my hand. You maybe best to get it checked. Could it be sciatica? |

This is a back problem. You have hurt your L4 nerve root.
Self help consists of lying on your front with an ice pack on your back for 15 minutes 4-6 times a day until it heals.
The quickest and safest course is to go to your local chiropractor and get it fixed.

seems like its this, as I have the same issue and due an op on my L4 and L5 discs. Hope it eases soon (fem) |
