Meet in the bar and just all go up together or give them the room number and wait.

Most hotels don't bother

Chester

Get the two to go up to the room... Stay in the bar for a bit then casually go up... Bar staff will assume that you have separate rooms.

The vast majority of hotel staff aren't bothered what you do! Hope you have a great meet

The best way is to be brazen and walk in as though you are residents as staff will often avoid conflict as they are not really paid for it. Just smile and walk straight through reception to the room.

Certainly with the larger chain hotels you will be fine. The receptionist won;t bat an eyelid.

I think hotels only get bothered if pay for single occupancy and then have 4 in the room over night, because that is defrauding them.

Whether or not the hotel notice is another matter.

If they do all you could get is an enlarged bill for the other people; which you have to pay.
