No one is going to tell you on here,suggest you search people who have dogging as an interest, in and around chester and PM them asking for locations.
That's how I got to know all the local popular dogging sites

i saw someone last week say they were going dogging in Chester,ok seeing as i live right near the city centre of Chester i asked where exactly ? only Delamere Forest and Tarporley lol, may aswell gone fucking Wrexham its nearer  |

All three mentioned are areas and not exact locations.
There are no directions ie turn left at blah blah and unless you had been to the places no one would know which part of those areas were dogging spots |
