Kegel exercises

I've been looking in to these exercises to help make me last longer and control better when to cum. Have any men tried this or got any tips? I usually find the best thing is to masterbate first to get rid of a load but I'd rather not have to do this as I'd rather give that big load to the woman in question

Good for anyone to do, and can also make a guy's cum shooting more blasting and multiple spurts.

Little and often, to start with, then just repeat as much as possible. It's invisible, so can be done anywhere, sitting at a desk, etc etc

Practice holding your pee when you go to the toilet, it's the same kind of squeeze. Start peeing and mid flow stop, hold and start again.

Lots of practice (holding your pee and when u cum) and you will get there. Mood also helps, have to be turned on a lot

Mastered and now get intense orgasms that blow my mind and make my legs go numb.

Whenever you have a few moments. You can do it standing in a post office queue. ( I was earlier )

So just as your about to cum you tense up and don't shoot? Then carry on? Sounds like a great skill to master

Definitely do it as often as you can, as it's just a few seconds and invisible to others. Stop starting the peeing is also invaluable, stop and start as many times as you can.

As you find you're improving, keep at it, as you'll get better and better. If you do yoga, you can also incorporate it into routines: yoga is largely body/mind connection, with breath being all: by breathing well as you're doing it, you'll treat your muscles to copious amounts of oxygen, invigorating them.

10 quick ones 10 long ones twice, repeat 3 -4 times a day, i do it whilst washing dishes and making a brew, always have done, as a female...nice gripping action
