What's the best (free?) Video software I could download to capture images off a video I took on my phone? Much appreciation! |

Put the vid on your laptop, play it and pause at the right time. Hit the screendump button to get a snapshot of that point. Then open paint, paste it in and edit/crop what you need and save as a jpg. Simple easy and free  |
