Hi all ok so I have forgotten my password but there doesn’t seem to be anywhere on here where I can reset it because it’s says you need your original password to reset it to new one….there lies the problem if I have forgotten it how can I therefore reset it to a new one??? Can anyone actually help me here with genuine solution? |

We don't think there's a way to see your current password. As you've already seen if you want to change password you need to be able to remember your current one.
If you've forgot your current password and want to change it we'd suggest you logout first.
Then go to login again but this time on the login page click the link just below the username and password textboxes.
That takes you to the a page where you enter the email address for your account for it to send a password reset link to. |
