Blocking People/Threads

I can see why this site has gained a reputation as being a haven for a certain type of undesirable character with the regularity of these threads  I doubt they are fooling anyone about their true intent, however, I also understand they are so very difficult to moderate as the people don't use direct language. But we would prefer to not see them.

"If you block someone, does it block you from seeing their posts and vice versa? Asking because we see certain threads which wholly creep us out, and really don't need to see the things these people are saying.

Unfortunately you have to unblock them to read it, but it's handy to have as you can't always keep track of the wrong 'uns on here. | |||

I'm pretty sure you can still access the menu for the private notes tab from the blocked page. You might not be able to view it exactly, but it shows you the current text in case you want to edit it. Apparently my site supporter has run out so I can't check that. But I believe it's the case on mobile at least 💜 | |||

"If it's the topic of whole threads I'm unclear why you click into the thread I don't go into ones/sections of the forums that don't interest me If something is bad then just as with a profile you can report it Admin do review You just don't get an update on any outcome | |||
