Get a butt plug pack of 3. Lube up. Empty your bowels lol. Pop a lubed finger in, then 2, then 3. Take your time. Then try 1st plug. Leave it in for 30 mins and try next size for 30 mins, then the bigger size. Wear it for an hour or so. It will hurt a bit to start but you get uaed to the initial pain and its over after a few seconds. Key is go slow, relax, and practice every couple of days. After a week find a guy and after you have prestretched let him have a go. Or buy a dildo and use that first. Def gentle fucking to start! |

Plenty of lube.....when you think you've used enough, use a bit more.
The first guy I took was very respectful and knew he was my first and was very very slow (to start with). Even backed out a few times as it was uncomfortable but once he was fully in.....my god it was unbelievable  |
