Get a butt plug pack of 3. Lube up. Empty your bowels lol. Pop a lubed finger in, then 2, then 3. Take your time. Then try 1st plug. Leave it in for 30 mins and try next size for 30 mins, then the bigger size. Wear it for an hour or so. It will hurt a bit to start but you get uaed to the initial pain and its over after a few seconds. Key is go slow, relax, and practice every couple of days.
