Firstly buy a set of training butt plugs and plenty of lube. Practice probably twice a month and you'll soon be able to play comfortably. Also push out as you insert,I know it seems wrong but it works. After using plugs then buy a dildo. You can choose on length or girth , but again it's all about self practice and what's comfortable.
