I've been trying for the last week to get my site supporter re-instated but every time I send the message for a code I don't get one
Anyone know a way to fix this?
Are you being charged for each message? If you are not then that would suggest you don’t have enough credit on the phone. Some phone companies require you to have extra credit for premium charges.
Unsure what was happening it seems to have resolved now - wasn't charged - always had it added to my bill and nothing added which was bizarre and all on caps
