Hi one and all .
I have this predicament I have this friend of the family that I haven't seen for a very long time, about 15 years . I have known her all my life .she must be in her 70's now . Thanks for the input . But I sometimes forget how old I am so at 47 that would put her in her 70s early 80s is that just wrong are women even active at 80 . I had a great relationship with her but my godfather / her husband passed years and years ago and I've not really seen her once or twice shopping possibly . Unsure if my visit would be a welcomed one  |

You need to test the water gently and see how it goes. No harm in seeing her and having a social visit etc. Nothing to loose in renewing a friendship and see how it later develops. If there’s a spark it will develop, which could be a thrill for both of you and if there’s nothing there now in reality it’s a question answered. |

Reality check. You haven't seen her for fifteen years, you don't know if she's interested in you (one tipsy kiss isn't any more than that) and you're not sure exactly how old she is. You've built this up over a long period of time in your fantasies the reality might be very different.
I'd say judge the situation when you see her and take it from there. |

I'd contact her, ask her how she is, then just see how the conversation goes at first, then perhaps after a while bring up about meeting up somewhere if she wanted to ... but definately wouldn't suggest meeting straight away .. |

Even though it’s been 15 years you could contact her say hello and arrange a social drink mention the family holiday in Greece and see how she remembers the holiday.If she mentions she remembers going topless then you could push the conversation a bit more.If she doesn’t mention going topless or anything else then leave it as a happy memory. |
