we have been on here about a year now so updated our profile, only really been playing since october  but thought it was time to give the hole thing an overhaul. any thoughts, any thing missed out or any thing in there that may be shouldn't

Lose everything up to and including the line saying "done ff then guys joined in" and also the 'legal warning' bit at the end. It's completely un-enforceable anyway and you'd do better devoting those few lines to saying a bit more about you.
You've also fallen a little too much into the common trap of setting out a list of 'Don'ts' and 'will nots'. This tends to attract trolls and you'll end up wasting a lot of time answering messages which will go nowhere. By all means have such a list, but keep it for discussing with anyone interested in you rather than invite the proverbial 'time wasters'.
Other than that, if it works for you, then good. If not, keep looking at it and, if there is something in there which is getting the wrong result/response, then edit it out or re-word it. The key to a good profile is not to just write it, publish it and sit back. It's something which needs to evolve over time as you gauge the kind of responses you're getting.

the misses was watching over me and complaining about capitalisation but being here looking for fun not an English teacher then it does not bother me but thanks for the remarks lol has definitely made me giggle |
