I would interpret it as you wanting someone you consider very special, who is funny and up for a laugh. Someone who is happy for your partner to watch or join in and help the woman if the profile explore her bi side. It seems to me that you're looking for a person who will fit exactly with what you want.

It looks like your looking for a throuple(ish). A three way friendship with a sexual element mainly aim at exploring the female on female aspect. But not a poly relationship per se, a freindship. Which is totally understandable, we have freinds we like to have sex with. However all good friendships (with or without a sexual element) fall somewhere on the friendship-love-relationship spectrum.
