Proper douche shower attachment very low trickle with warm water until clear the. keep going to clear then some more.. no one likes a mess halfway

Be cautious of douches etc. They strip the mucous lining and destroy the gut microbiome, not to mention making you more at risk of infection.
Introduce extra fibre and prebiotics to your diet. Hydrate well for several days before (not just on the day as you might flood your bowel). If you insist on a bowel cleanse use moviprep or senakot etc. but, the person doing it should expect that if they go down the hole they might find a rabbit. If they’re not understanding they are not mature enough to partake in this. Lots of towels and there is not enough lube.
Get a large syringe and insert lube inside beforehand (especially if you follow others advice to use a douche). Good luck! It’s so much fun!! I hope you love it!
