Ok so its totally unrelated to swinging but please can someone tell me how to burn off belly fat!!! I eat sensible, exercise but can't get rid and its frustrating as I can feel a little six pack underneath aaarrgghh |

Personally I've always found calorie cutting works better than any exercise or cardio when it comes to fat loss - not what people generally like to hear as no one likes dieting (me included), but seriously if losing fat is your goal then you need to pay attention on how much you're putting in your mouth. |

Closest to a six pack I ever got was doing spin classes like a maniac 7 days a week, high protein low carb diet, massive muscle building abs work outs with weights... And no I didnt have time for a bloody job.
But I did have abs. *sigh*
Friend of mine still does it and has good definition. Strict diet alternating building muscle and stripping fat to get the cut... weights and so much cardio....
All depends how bad you want it.

Check out the power cave man diet and try that for a month. Also cardio. Not just running long distance, try running fast as you can for 2 minutes, then jog for 3 then repeat a couple of times |

No, it's not. Eating fat with carbs makes you fat.
Eating good quality, natural fat, (about 70% of my diet,) has reduced my weight by eight stones and kept if off for five years. |

How to do it?
Stop drinking alcohol - each pint has over 200 calories of sugar!
cut out all simple carbs - sugar, bread, cakes, biscuits, breakfast cereals etc
plenty of correct intensity exercise..
It's a lifestyle change changing what you drink and eat and how you exercise.
Based on your pic - it will probably take a good year to get down to a 4 pack at least.
As they guy quoted say - nobody likes to hear that..
it's bloody hard work and lots of discipline.

first off you cant spot reduce fat, you can only reduce overall BF %
belly fat is usually the last to go as its stubborn. calorie deficit and cardio
try fasted morning cardio |
