Hi all
Thinking of trying this with a partner in crime lol. But I am not sure of the rules and also the best places to go in the area that I live and he lives. If any body could help that would be very nice

your best bet is to get in your car and drive round local areas you think it might happen. Rules? Really aren't any. All this flashing lights and that is nonsense. Only one I would suggest is when you pull into a carpark use side lights. |
