I've recently been subjected to a horrendous experience - someone changed their profile to couple, used my face as profile pic and advertised a gang bang....I reported this, expecting his account to disappear but it still exists!
Didn't think this kind of behaviour would be tolerated? |

I understand it can take up to 48 hours for reports to get dealt with so will depend on when you reported it. |

Ive had this as well. The person took my pictures from another site made a couple profile with another fake guy and advertised a gang bang showing my face. I reported it, but nothing happened |

Without knowing the people involved or taking time to validate claims i can only give generic advice but my understanding is that this is a criminal offence. Especially if these images are of a sexual nature and being used in a sexual nature it falls into the revenge porn act and should be taken incredibly seriously.
In England and Wales, it has been illegal to share private sexual images or videos without consent, also known as "revenge porn" or "intimate image abuse", since April 13, 2015. This includes uploading images to the internet, sharing them by text or email, or showing them to someone in person. The intent behind sharing the images must be to cause distress, alarm, or humiliation. The maximum penalty for this offense is two years in prison, a fine, or both. The offender may also be required to register as a sex offender |

People can't change their profile to a couple but if he using your picture and doing what you say then yes you are right,the profile will be banned from the site.
Reports can take up to 48 hours to be dealt with, however in a case like this I would go through the contact link mentioning the username of the person and it will be looked at quicker for you.
