Intimidating and offensive messages

Last night I have received from one account lots of intimidating messages about how they know who I am and how they are going to tell my wife and ruin my marriage!
This Person has not viewed my profile and I have never chatted with them and now they have blocked me and I’ve hidden my profile!!
I asked for some proof they know me or my wife by just asking for my initials or where I live and they avoid this question!
I’ve reported the profile, just wondered if anyone else has experience this?! |

Don't worry. Nasty people , stupid, scammers, trolls...
If contacted again, tell them to fuck off and tell whoever they want. Don't show you are afraid, because you just give them more ammunition.
BTW, I know who you are and I'm going to tell both your wife and your gf...
And your mother too!

The site is open to everyone until they break site rules. Also report the profile, which you can still do if blocked either way. Without them having given any protected information to you, it sounds more of a scammer/chancer
Be prepared to get the help from the police at any point. |

Just accept the fact that the internet allows people like this to prosper and ignore move on ? the world is full of nasty indivuals though ! but also full of nice people and very nice people at that !  |

Sorry you had such bad experience, OP. Just a quick advice though - just because someone is not showing on your "who looked at me" list, it doesn't mean they have not seen your profile. A lot of people, particularly women and couples, look in "ninja" mode and would not show as looked at your profile. |

The photos I had on my profile were all neck up so I’d say pretty hard to distinguish me!
But a bit of a shock!!

My wife got a message yesterday from someone addressing her by real name and saying that she and I are both unhygienic, ugly losers and that they hope we've cleaned up "since our last meet".
We know for a fact it can't be any of the people we've actually met from here, because none of them know my wife's real name. We heavily suspect it's a former friend who's sent one of his flying monkeys to harass us.
Blocked and had a laugh about the desperation. Anyone who messages you anything abusive/threatening loses any power they might have had by virtue of also being on the site; who would they be able to tell without outing themselves? |

I've had something similar happen to me and they're just pathetic.
Most of my negative messages are from women on how ugly and usless I am because I fail meet their criteria. Some people are just shitty. |

As an update
I reported them to admin and they had their profile deleted along with all the
Messages, luckily I had screen shorted them
a day later they reappeared with a status similar to “snowflakes tried to get me
Kicked off and now I’m back”
My profile is still hidden, I want to look in their profile but worried they will know it’s me!! |

Unfortunately email addresses are free so new profiles are easy to set up.
Keep reporting OP.
It does make me sometimes wonder if there should be an ID verification requirement upon signing up, as is required at most swingers clubs. That would prevent those booted from returning, but I'm fully aware this wouldn't be popular with some and would create huge amounts of work for admin.
It's a shame people can't be adults. |

Just ignore and report them.
The worst thing is to engage with these sad people, don't give them the oxygen of response.
They will soon scuttle back under the stone they came from.
Just view them as sad, lonely outcasts from society, a great night for them is sat in front of a laptop with pot noodle and porn.

I checked the profile with the stealth mode (don’t even know that was a thing!) it’s definitely the same person so I’ve reported them again!!!

You’ve done the right thing.
Report, block, move on
Don’t engage in conversation/ messages. These people feed off it.
If they have got evidence etc, deal with it IF it comes about. It’s completely out of your control so don’t dwell on it.
This is supposed to be a fun part of our lives. Go enjoy it |
