Sse the edit facility on your phone to crop the edges of the photo, or zoom in. Simple stuff really. |

The most important thing to getting a six pack is to assess your diet, you can do everything perfect in the gym but without a healthy diet they’ll never show through 
If you want some workouts to do I recommend looking on YouTube and finding some classes on there and follow along best of luck to you, anything else I can help with feel free to ask |

100% mate I would imagine it being to do with nutrition, perhaps get yourself a set of smart scales so you can keep better tabs on your body like your body fat percentage. Most people won’t see Abs until they’re below 12% body fat |
