OP, same happened not that long ago with me and my partner. We were chatting, then suddenly his profile disappeared from my friends list and messages disappeared. I knew we didn't block each other. He contacted the site owners via Contact button on here, but wasn't sure that worked as nothing changed (he could see his profile and read forum but his messages were not going through). So after a couple of days, I messaged the site owners and a couple of hours later, everything was back to normal.
Try that, both of you contacting the site owners and hopefully it will work. |
