Anyone ever experienced this? Heavy session last night and woke up with really sore frenulum under my tongue. Apparently happens when it rubs on your bottom teeth. Any advice in how to avoid as it bloody hurts lol |

It sounds like technique. I can’t see why it needs to go that far beyond your front teeth. Try sucking (gently) and flatter tongue using the front third.
Alternatively, did you have tongue tie as a baby? It might be that? |

I used to get it a lot as a teenager, I was very eager to please. It just needs resting haha . |

Ye def a technique issue but what i have works well apparently so dont want to change lol
I had speech therapy as a kid. Possible this was due to being tongue tied i guess. No surgical intervention though. Just Mr Tongue books  |

Well. if she like to be fucked with your tongue ir you trying to lick her inside, that will happen. When your tongue is out that much, and applying pressure/force then your teeth would cut/damage your tongue. I think its nothing scary about it. Just keep your mouth hygenic and it will heal soon with no issue  |

Tbf i think it was the angle. Quite flat tongued but whatever inwas doing she remarked a few times it was good and kept asking for more lol. Fsirly inexperienced so just went with it |

Lordy! How far out were you trying to get your tongue?
Lots of factors affect this including anatomy, of floor of mouth, general shape of the arch, position of teeth, if the teeth are sharp or damaged in any way…
As other people have said, you may need to change how you do things. |

That’s unfortunate…. Everyone’s does at extremes but sounds like yours is particularly prominent.

It's just an RSI. So try some sore throat remedies that numb the the the affected are. Decacaine is good for freezing numbing really bad throats.
I suppose anyone who has had any oral piercing might be worth asking for advice. |

Possibly, less than 1mm bleaching type might, but even that would hamper your ability to extend your tongue, and the lower border of it may cause the same,

ahhhh the old sore gaggle sprocket. (frenulem). used to get this when I was younger because I thought the more forceful with the tongue the better, but I learned very quickly , thats it's all about the technique and sometimes gentle clitoral licks, also sucking can achieve way more than going at it like a dog going at a bowl of water on a summers day.
however should feel fine in a couple of days keep mouth clean, some listerine or corsydryl should help too. |

Concern is that my technique with her seemes to work. But if we hook up again i dont want the same injury lol. |
