How can I get my cam to work?

Cam opens but then shuts itself after a few seconds.

Looked at cam settings, changed and refreshed, privacy settings. Firewalls, security settings. Tried to update drivers, said I had the most up to date version. Tried a plug and play cam in both USB ports, still nothing.

Any advice please?

Have you tried a different browser? I find Chrome works well on my laptop, but not on my mobile so use Firefox on it.

Yes, i run on edge, but tried Chrome too. Same issue unfortunately
