Hell yes this is my preference
Get the day use app to book hotels in your chosen area.
Absolute game changer
Get access to some lovely hotels at good prices |

"Look at DayUse. Most hotels require no deposit and can be cancelled at the last minute to avoid financial risk. "
Can you book on the day? I don’t think the app allows you to
I stand to be corrected |

"Do people feel comfortable doing this? I feel like this would be a good option for us rather an day time clubs at times. " Yes, definitely comfortable with a day time hotel meet. Have done day bookings at hotels when working nights, rates are cheaper, but hotel staff have walked into room. |

I think you might be able to. But I also think the selection is vastly reduced. "
In our area some of the hotels on Dayuse do take on the day bookings and some don't. |

Premier Inn will let you check in almost anytime of the day assuming they have rooms available, it’s £10 for the early check in (or was a couple of months ago in London); even if they don’t have rooms, hang around and they’ll let you know as soon as one is ready. |

Rooms or dayuse, use them all time check in from 0800-1800 they know the score but don't care I've actually stood at reception chatting about it to them not too detailed but we all knew what was occuring. Free cancellation till midday day of, great for me. |

I’ve been using day rate hotel rooms for years, and continue to do so
The privacy, and cleanliness, of clean sheets on a real bed, as opposed to a smeggy judo mat patched together with gaffer tape lol? Standards people….. |

Have a nice shower too and even a free cuppa |

That app sounds perfect. Hotels offer both sides the safety of not having to use their home sanctuary. Also sounds a good way to make meets a bit more special with hotel clean sheets and facilities. |

I've used it twice in terms of meetups. They have been great so far the only thing is there isia definitely a higher level of housekeeping on the floor which is to be expected. And the times are ideal |

We use day use rooms from time to time by ourselves. During the week, the facilities are rarely used by hotel guests (as most are there for conference meets) so we make good use of them. Obviously we don't get up to anything in public however, some very playful flirting adds to the foreplay. We are normally there from 10 until 3. |

Have done loads of these meets, all the hotels we've used have put us on a quiet part of the hotel far far away from other guests as they know exactly what you're using the room for. |

I think for all of us where daytimes work well but home is not an option you have to be a bit creative (especially when weekday daytime clubs are so few). So daytime hotel meets are definitely a much needed string to the bow. |

Certain chains give you free access to their leisure facilities too, so it’s great to go for a soak in a jacuzzi, gentle swim in a pool, or relax in a sauna, as part of the day. I love it |

So far I've not had any spare time to make the most of the amenities |

I’ve used them many times, they’re an excellent way to spend a naughty day with a special friend. Mutual ground too which is even better for that relaxed atmosphere. |

"I'd meet if people did daytime hotel
For many, only doing daytime meets in a hotel is a bit of a red flag, because you're making it very obvious that you're doing it behind someone else's back."
OK if you’re up front that’s what you’re doing, right? |

Not necessarily. It’s a perfect solution for single parents who both can’t accommodate for different reasons (elderly parents, relatives or adult children living at home) so it’s their only option when kids are at school. |

That’s a terrible assumption, shift-workers, retirees, the singles on annual leave, the single mum’s and dad’s - there’s any number of reasons to enjoy daytime meets at a hotel. |

I'm definitely not doing it behind d anyone's back. But when you live with parents or flatmates, you don't want them to know |

We love day time meets as it means we don't have to worry about child sitters. Got to admit, it needs a bit of planning with work etc. and it is a shock to system as we are not used to partying in day light. We have had a few daytime meets and really enjoyed them, better hotel deals as well. |

A few years ago when looking for a day use hotel in London say from 11-5 the prices were quite high. The Travelodge or Premier Inn were a lot cheaper but had to wait until 2.00 to check in although I believe you could check in earlier for a fee. |

A day use hotel is a nice option to have especially with the earlier check in time. Plus I find handing in the room key to reception, when not staying in the room overnight, feels a bit awkward for me. |

When you check-in, look for a key drop box, if there isn’t one, just leave the key in the room when you leave |
