Not Sub, but prefer women who know what they want?

I'm still exploring and finding out what I like. I don't see myself as sub but I am attracted by women who are confident and vocal about what they like, and occasionally enjoy taking the lead.
Is there a "role" that describes this? |

Thanks all. Maybe my previous experiences in the vanilla world have affected my perception. As a guy I've always felt pressured to take the lead with partners who weren't really vocal or direct about what they wanted. |

Personally I'm attracted to women who are strong, frank and who understand themselves. I like a strong character in any frame. A woman who has got something about her is hot. Yet I have not desire to have them take the lead or them to dominate (quite the opposite). However in the bedroom and/or from a kink point of veiw I like someone who understands themselves, is comfortable in their own skin and is comfortable communicating with me. I think this is plus for me in a submissive woman. To me submission is knowing what you want in terms of an experiance and handing that trust over your mind and body into the hands of someone else.
