Start with the silicone or rubber ones first, get used to them. Then if using metal or rigid ones make sure to find your size.
Don't wear it for too long either, I did a bdsm filmed scene once and wore one for way longer than usual, I had pain done there for the next few days. |

Thanks for the advice. I know it’s all on google but they all say the same thing and i think it’s always better to get advice from people that know.
Like I say in my post I’m a newbie to the whole cock ring thing and I get the purpose of the cock ring but I don’t really know what the purpose of the one that goes round the top of your sack to be honest.
