Dogging help!

We've never had any luck dogging. Every time we've turned up at a supposed popular location it has been deserted!

can anyone suggest a good place in south/east greater manchester, what day, and at which time is good to try out.

we're wanting to hopefully have a dogging meet on Monday 1st (bank hol). Does anyone know of anything happening on that day? (I've tried the meet search!) or would anyone be interested in arranging something?
