The obscene publications act which covers websites and applies to England and Wales does not allow urination on to another body. Urination or squirting in itself is not illegal. So ejaculate is not illegal.
More interestingly though is the fact that male ejaculate onto another person is absolutely fine showing once again the disparity in how men and women are viewed in porn.
