Does anyone else suffer with brain fog after they've cum?

My brain feels like it's not functioning properly for about 48 hours after I've cum, it's always been like it, so nothing new.

Just wondered if anyone has been like this, and if anything helps to clear your head?

Speaking to a doctor is easier said than done nowadays, I've given up on trying to get any appointments at my GP surgery.

Maybe paying a private doctor is my best bet...
