Almost like an occupational hazard. It's the nature of this type of site unfortunately.
If 1 in 10 chats are successful then it is a better ratio of success than trying to chat women up in my 20s lol |

If it's about people who stand you up, after you've prearranged a meet - I've no clue, apart from some are probably cheating and could get found out, or get guilt.
If it's not about failing to turn up, many of the chatters will just not be compatible. We should expect most people we chat with, to not be mutually compatible. Thus most hot starts will go cold. And there's no requirement to explain, say goodbye etc. |

why are people cunts in real life figure that one out then we may get a answer ..
but seriously i cant belive how many are getting messed around most of these problem profiles are quite easy to spot most of the time ... if it keeps happening then maybe change the way you look and select ... this account and our couples account we not had a letr down for a few years now and we play regular / most weeks ....even cucky on his single profile has never been let down |

It’s probably a mixture of a lot of things. There are a lot of single males who get quite thirsty, and then I’m sure a ton of coupe profiles are actually ex-couple profiles, last verified 2021, no new pics, just the guy who controlled the account thrapping off - which is nothing wrong but just be honest. Likewise for those who get a confidence boost and have no intention of meeting, just be honest.
I’ve dialled in and out of this account for the last 9 months, pre-covid a lot more seemed to meet.
There’s still plenty of honest and meeting people, just have to sort the wheat from the chaff. |

These gobshites that send the most hideous and vile messages are modern day flashers, who get a kick out of shocking people and thrive on making people feel bad.
I don’t think they have any intention in meeting anyone, the only reason they join is to do what I mentioned.

It depends what you're classing as time wasters really.
To me they're those who arrange to meet and don't show or let you know they're not coming.
Some will change their minds, or may realise after chatting a while that you're not looking for the same things.
If someone stops chatting, it doesn't make them a time waster.
Yes there are people on here with no intention of meeting.
They are easy to spot though and will usually want sex chat or more pics to get them off.
If someone arranges to meet you and stands you up, please report them. |

Depends what people define as time wasters.
Some people just want kinky conversations.
Or like the idea of fantasies but stuff can stop them in reality.
No rules to how others use the site.
I just wish people were more open about what they actually wanted  then no one would feel their time is wasted. |

What do you consider a time waster?
To me it's a meet that doesn't turn up as planned. This has never happened to us, not that we meet much via Fab, we find clubs work best for us.

A time waster to me is someone who doesn’t read our profile. The men assume the lady will abandon her boundaries for the them.
Most of our messages are from males that do not meet what we are looking for, it’s a waste of their time as well as ours

Never been stood up in person (yet), but had 4 meets arranged with couples that didn't go ahead as I didn't get final confirmation on the day.
Then there are the couples who agree they want to meet and we get as far as discussing dates, only for them to stop responding.
I heavily screen who I interact with as well |

We no longer entertain arranging private meets for this reason, unless it's a couple we've already played with.
First thing we ask...do you do clubs? Majority generally say no but we're thinking about it. Off you pop then and we end of the conversation. If they do go to a club, we're happy to meet them there, if they don't turn up we don't give a shit as we're still in our happy place |

I'm actually amazed how often you see people saying XYZ is a time waster or actually how often these people get into the position of wasting someone times.

Definitely think there’s been a big increase in single guys pretending to be couples or women. I don’t understand what they get out of it. Perhaps Fab should make it mandatory for everybody to complete photo verification when they join. |

Agree with this. Some are picture hunters and some just are looking for dirty chat. We don't provide either and they quickly lose interest.
I also think it's bravado and fantasy for a lot of guys. They like to tell us how keen they are and that they at totally cool with turning up and getting down to it. When fantasy becomes reality they bottle it. |

Two couples have let us down over the last week, both on the day of the meet. It's becoming a nightmare on here and admin don't give a hoot. Folk that do this should have a count applied to their profile that only admin can see, it gets above a certain number and they are banned. |

Officially I (or really we as I usually use my couples account with my wife) stopped using Fab for meets ages ago. Way to many time wasters. We where just using it to keep in touch with folk we met at the CLub or social events in the area.
Well, we couldn't get to the club this weekend and thought we would try posting a meet locally. Usually if it's not a time waster we get nothing. No bites or interest. The NE is a big place but our specific zone (as in locally within 20 miles)..not all that much going on.
But we thought..hey, it's been a long while. Lets try.
Well it happened again. New account but photo verified (single
lady. Supposedly!). Wants to meet socially then head off to a hotel, agrees on a time and place.
Well I'm just glad we didn't pre book a hotel. The person wasn't online all day to confirm. Briefly came on (no message to us) and as soon as I messaged to confirm....no response. Message left unread and remained unread 30 mins before we where supposed to be getting ready to head out.
It just the same old same old on here now...which is a shame because we've met some great people but honestly....very little faith in Fab when it comes to new members or low verified members on here now. I'm not sure how it can be made better but it makes fab kinda pointless when its so easy to abuse now, especially with A.I out there making fake photos for photo veris. Cant trust anything anymore. |

Maybe they are just so damaged by life that it's all they know how to do? Yes some of them are irredeemable total cunts, but some perhaps just have no idea how to make social interraction work for them. |
