Nicely written without being too much of a snob. Your likes and dislikes are articulated well and profile comes across as positive.
The "we know what we like" is a bit of a fab cliché, that is the only bit we would suggest getting rid of.
Some up to date and pictures in more light will be nice but the current ones are good too.
