Mr wears boxers....
Mrs also prefers boxers..... never got the whole towel look. It feels like you maybe came on the off chance and was in baggy grey boxers so took them off and hiding under a towel 
(Yes I have a special brain lol)
Towels are for showers, sweat or splooshes!!

This is my big thing with dress down clubs, I hate wandering round in a towel or shorts whilst the ladies are dressed to the nines. Feel like that old cliche of guys at swingers parties wandering round in just their socks, Wish the guys could dress too, but I guess some of these clubs have to maintain the pretence of being saunas or health clubs.

Why can't guys dress too? There are some options. Personally i like sexy shirts and briefs - something beyond the standard such as lacy patterned stretch briefs. There are also all kinds of things edging towards bondage wear - see though t-shirts with some pvc or latex for example. It's shame when ladies make such effort and men turn up in Primark woolly jumpers.
More generally back to OP's question many places are not full dress down and ditto at parties. Go wearing whatever you'd like, although personally I think better to make an effort and be smart and dressed up, and then in play area take off. Afterwards many put back on and maybe take off again later. |

Exactly…. My fiancé likes to see what’s on offers…. Towels just are an easy option…. I wear a decent pair of boxers, it gives the ladies something to look at……. |

I'm soo bored of boxers and everyone wares CK on a night out. So I have a few pieces from Shein that are different including Mesh type material and asymmetric cut!! Some are really comfy. Sizing in the box area has been an issue and I'm not even a bbc. But worth tryingas they are only a few pounds. |

I've been to Chams in mesh boxers and a see through top. There's no rule against men dressing up as well.
Go to Gran Canaria and have a browse around the gay boutiques - you'll find some great stuff for a guy to wear to a swingers club. |

You may not have noticed, but not all women at clubs have conventionally perfect figures, and it doesn't stop them dressing sexy. They put a lot of effort into finding what works for them - why shouldn't we? |

Yes I know not all have this dress code, that’s why I specified that I was talking about dress down clubs. And of course I dress when going to other types of events, whether it be fetish or smart. |

Really depends where we are, hound usually goes for a towel in one of our regular clubs where there's a large jacuzzi, but when we go to other clubs he usually goes for fancy pants... he has some sheer ones which I think are super hot  |

For dress down, I love seeing guys in actual guy lingerie. Something sexy. Instead of the usual boxers which tbf are rarely awe inspiring.
We don't frequent dress down only clubs as its not my personal thing but I've never really liked the towel look and when I've seen it in clubs, I don't think it brings a sexy feeling for me. |

I wear a nice pair of oddball boxers. But my fiancée for Christmas bought me a comedy towel with a bare bum and a semi errect or full stiff cock on it depending on how you wrap it round you. It’s a talking point at the clubs.
My fiancé and I prefer the dress down clubs and depending on her mood and if she want to go in for a dip in hot tub straight away or not to towel or sexy underwear or match oddballs underwear to my boxers |
