There are various versions on nipple suckers on the market. Silicon suckers are either suck or no suck. No control but are soft to the surrounding areola.
Other versions use hard plastics. Slightly heavier, some will have a twist suction or vacuum pump for suction giving control of intensity.
My favourite is a cupping set. Which has the options on variability but also a detactable vacuum pump, which means you can leave items in place.
Key thing to remember a little lubricant helps with the seal.
Length of time and intensity of vacuum can bruise nipples.
