It happens when either person reports the other. Youl never be able to see that profile again. Even if you ended up being friends and both parties sent admin messages, it doesn’t ever seem to get reversed. |

Hmm this can be a bit complicated and fiddly to understand and resolve. But:
If you’ve blocked loads afterwards then there is a chance you won’t see them in your block list if you’re checking on a mobile device. It seems to limit showing you how many you’ve blocked.
Using a web browser on a pc or laptop can help. Best thing to do is do a very specific search, that would normally include their profile in the search results. Then from the results (this can be fiddly) if you see the profile you’re looking for, click on them. It’ll show you the blocked message and that you blocked them. And it’ll allow you to unblock from same message. |

Just remembered something else that may help with the above.
Instead of doing a specific search, get the erroneously blocked person to post a comment in a forum. That way you don’t need to do that fiddly search. Then you can click on them from their comment in the specific forum. That will then show you the message that they are blocked and how long ago you blocked them. And will give you that button / link to Unblock them.
Remember to do on a pc or laptop. Or if you only have mobile device is the “Request Desktop Site” option from your mobile browser.

Where it says you can't view their profile, go on menu and you can do it there. |

Thanks for more comments. I know that they haven’t blocked us. Their profile doesn’t exist if I do a search. I’ve messaged them, off here, to try and leave a comment and see if that gets anywhere
