Upgrading account

I am unable to up grade my account, I have double checked all my settings but keeps telling me "unable to access network". Everything else on the network is working IE, banking, Google searches and all other sites.

There might be a block on adult content by your providor

sounds like your internet supplier has a block on adult content as stated above
