Sounds like a fantasist... Likes the idea of it, but when it actually comes to it they can't do it.
We could be being cynical though. Trust your instinct, if they seem genuine enough reasons, give her the benefit for a bit and see what comes of it.
Don't get your hopes up too much though...

"It's the norm for a so called time waster. Have you spoken and confirmed it at least a real woman?"
Yeah she is real but just keeps making excuses. Should i just give up and move on? |

Yes give up, from my point of view, I only give people 2 chances, after that I just don't bother, too much time wasted and my time is too precious to waste |

If you've chatted on phone or cam and the reasons for crying off seem genuine then try one more time and if it happens again then move on. Just my advice. |

I would say ..... don't make her the be-all and end-all of your life, but give her a chance!
If you're sure she's a woman (from cam or phone etc) then maybe she has 'cold feet' or other priorities (like kids, etc). Keep on chatting (it only takes a few minutes a day!) and you may end up with a great meet/friend for life.
Keep your options open! |

If she's a single lady starting out on the scene ten she may be panicking. It can be quite hard to build up the courage and actually meet a complete stranger, who may or may not be an axe wielding psycho!
I am aware that most of the men out there are genuine, and I know the axe wielding bit is a cliche, but it's still there in the back of your mind! |

Id just move on. I chatted for a good while with a guy and on the phone. twice we arranged to meet and he made excuses. I deleted his number, messaged him on here and said I'm not stupid enough to fall for his 3rd excuse, then blocked. Which resulted in a few begging texts. I just ignored and he soon got the message.
Time wasters are a pain in the arse and not worth waiting around for. Just move on and have fun.. |

Block and move on. Your time is as valuable as anyone else's. I had a meet arranged for Saturday. He had my number to call or text which he didn't do and never gave me his number. Left him messages on here which he read and ignored. So blocked and other arrangements made. Been caught out too many times now. Wasn't going to wait until it was too late to arrange another meet. |

they are my friends and i take it for what it is, we still chat but secretly i know its not gonna happen, so i concentrate on those i know will meet |

I agree with you, but the lady in question DID cancel not just show up, so I don't understand why you'd name and shame for that!
Blimey, we'd all be reported at some point then! |

Too open to abuse. As a made up example:
-----------
I arranged to meet Tombowie during a recent trip to Edinburgh, he never turned up and didn't have the decency to let me know.
-----------
Now how do you prove I'm not making things up? Maybe you could have turned me down and I'm out for a bit of petty revenge |
