I think I will anyway, but…

I would suggest telling your current partner and seeing if she is ok with you goingnwuthout her, then there is non secrecy or feelings of guilt afterwards and your current partner will be glad you were honest with her about it and didn't do it begin her back. |

She may have an ulterior motive, which would also explain why your current partner isn’t invited.
