I used, to have it done regularly at fetish club demos.
You do have to be careful doing it. If there is any resistance you should never force a rod down and Not everyone can take the larger sizes. |

I do indulge once in a while and it can be very erotic.
The thing for me is cleanliness. I would only ever use a sterile lube - they are widely available. I also wash the rods thoroughly beforehand, and also sanitise them as well. The last thing you want is an infection!
I am probably being very paranoid here … but I never insert it fully! .. I’m always worried I may lose it … or not be able to get it back out .. if you get my thinking?!?
