Bondage Gear

Evening everyone.

Have recently been experimenting with a bit of bondage (restraints) and was wondering if anyone can recommend any websites for good quality bondage gear, specifically spreaders, ball gags and restraints, as the ones I’ve been using from LoveHoney seem a little light on quality. Want good quality and sturdy.

Etsy is usually a good bet for well made leather restraints, or vegan alternatives. I get most of my kit from indie sellers via there. Godemiche has some cool ballgags. Going to a kink market would be a good idea - I’m sure there’ll be something nearer you, but London Alternative Market and Birmingham Bizarre Bazaar are both good.

Coco de Mer sadly closed its shop in London, but they still have their online shop. Also try searching for "bdsm furniture". Those online shops typically also carry heavy-duty bondage gear.

We use Skin Two and Pulse and Cocktails a lot of the time

you do though get what you pay for, quality and durability comes at a price

You can't beat physically veiwing and handling items to see if they're any good before purchase. Maybe try something like the Birmingham Bizarre Bazaar? Lots of different traders looking to show off their wears with expert knowledge of the products and advice. Plus with a live demonstration put on and lots of interesting people dressed in interesting gear it's a lovely Sunday afternoon out.

Seconding, (thirding?), the advice to head to a kink market. Getting to see/handle the equipment before you buy it is the best way!

I have a wheelchair that I can’t sell. I was thinking of adding restraints to it and selling it as a medical fetish chair. I wonder if anyone would be interested?

There are lots of online retailers, a simple Google search will help, you can get some items from amazon, wish, Ebay etc... With a variety of price and quality.

As mentioned, going to a shop, market or similar and actually seeing the items can't be beaten. With some items fit is key, so going to try on and handle them is vital, I have learnt this the hard way, I've ordered loads of items and when they have arrived been disappointed with quality or fitting.

When starting out, I'm guessing you do not want to be dropping £ on lots of kit you won't use, take a look around and start slowly.

LVX Supply & Co are in the US, but make fabulously well constructed and vidually beautiful leather restraints, spreader bars etc (google "lvx supply bondage" and you'll find them).

Top To Bottom Leathers are UK based - tbeir website is a mess, but their products are excellent and well crafted.

+1 also to kink markets and Etsy sellers suggested by others.

You can't beat a market to actually feel the goods....

BBB is good as others have said, (Birmingham)

LAM

Also townhouse regularly being kinksters who sell together for a market.

I would suggest Leather Delights as a great company once you've moved on from the lighter side of restraints to something you can't break easily

Also..... if I may be cheeky.... whipsandsticks are amazing for hitty things

Have fun x
