I had a lot of trouble at first but finally got it sorted. My method is to put my cock through first, then pull as much of my scrotum through as possible. Then I apply a little pressure underneath to each ball in turn and it pops through the ring. Then I apply the cage and put the lock in. A few hints: the metal ones are heavy and the weight can pull them down so they hang off your balls (painful). The resin ones are good as they can be reshaped in hot water to fine tune the fit. Avoid the ones with 3 pegs where you put a padlock on the centre peg, as they can be rapidly removed by simply sliding out a side peg! Useless! |

I agree with everything that's been said. I have big balls and can use a 50mm ring but prefer 52 or even 55mm. Try a CB cage where the ring comes apart in 2 pieces. Thay are much easier to put on. |

As others have said, make sure you are warm or haven’t just done sports, as that can make the scrotum tighten.
Shaving and then using moisturiser has also helped for me and I’ve heard others saying a bit of lube helps.
For my current daily cage the ring is hinged so there is no need to squeeze your balls through but you do need to be careful to ensure you don’t catch any skin in the hinge.

We struggle too lots fannying about then once on needs come off after while as things turn blue and painfull it seems the gap between ring and cage just isn't big enough tried numerous cages and sizes |

This can be a problem if your balls don’t hang very low. One solution is to use a plastic cage, but cut back the underside of the tube part a bit to increase the gap. A Dremel is useful for this. Make sure you smooth it all off and do it in small stages or it will be possible for your sub to ease his cock out! |
