Bras vary enormously and you will probably have to try a few before you find what you’re looking for. If you buy a bra with a smaller band size, the cups will be closer together and give you more lift. So if you were a comfortable 38, then buying a 36 and putting an extender at the back will do a better job. You can also add padding or chicken fillets to add more lift. But don’t overdo it or you will start to get skin wrinkling in the cleavage, which is very unattractive. |

Everything Sarah says is correct.
Bras can also be hella uncomfortable as any woman will tell you.
My personal favourite is an M&S Silk Beau Wired Plunge from the Rosie range.
It gives a decent lift and doesn't cut in at all.
