Hi all, if I block a profile having been chatting, received abuse after not wishing to continue, does all messages disappear from the blocked profile.

No, but neither party can contact each other.

If you’re asking as you wish to report them, then admin will be able to see the messages and, as I understand it, even deleted ones.
