You can get sets of silicon ‘training’ plugs from the usual suppliers. I would start there. I’d avoid anything metal, even though they’re super-pretty, and make sure whatever it is has a flared base. Enjoy!

for guys i use a small vent prostate plug, have tried bigger regular plugs but frankly the just fucking hurt regardless of how warmed up i am, can wear the prostate one for hours clothed and just feels nice, i think the aneros is one up and tends to be the favourite

Start off with small beads. Finger/ thumb then buy starter kit. A good natural lube. Happy playing
