I've used a bath mate Goliath before,mainly makes you a lot thicker for 2 to 3 hours probably add half an inch in length too.
Be careful with how long you stay in and pressure if you are going to try! |

True in the long term maybe, but a pump will make it temporary bigger for a few hours in my experience for around 8 inches to around 8.5 and in girth from just over 6 to nearly 7.
Not sure how it will effect others. |
