Hi all
Just thinking aloud and welcome any constructive ideas or thoughts...
I have a nice modern flat in a good area, nice views etc.....and thinking should I carry on renting it out like normal or is there a call for a swingers rental pad......lol

I used to work at a naturist spa/swingers club and we had to do the cleaning at the end of the day/night. Not many cleaners will pick up used condoms and change dirty sheets even with their marigolds on |

I was going to say get laminate flooring, but then are you liable if someone has a slip on a wet floor?? |
